I have a Netgear D7000 Nighthawk AC1900 modem router that I have been using for the last 5 years. It works perfectly well. I purchased a Windows 11 Surface Go 3 last month. Since the time I have been using the Surface Go 3, the Netgear D7000 Nighthawk AC1900 Modem router drops internet connection. It is the router is not updated.So, get the firmware on your Nighthawk updated to the latest possible version. This very solution worked for me as well.
